Health communication campaigns along with the targeted social health indicator such as at-risk group can make an impactful difference in preventive care and chronic disease maintenance. The logistic regression technique is employed to examine if Rwanda’s media campaign impacted household behavior whether this impact was influenced by literacy aptitude current sexual practices. Interactive effects of were found on among households Rwanda. Tests model validity reliability favor models give statistically greater confidence results.
